Description

Communicate directly with the company’s customers throughout all phases of the sales process. Serve as a subject-matter expert on the company’s activated carbon, granular, powder, and pelletized products in order to accurately inform customers about product features and corresponding applications, such as for water treatment, removing contaminants, and taste and odor control and removal of organic compounds. Contact existing and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of customer requirements and recommend products to meet their needs. Achieve agreed- upon sales targets and outcomes within established schedules. Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners. Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales and recommend changes in products, services, and pricing based on findings. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. Stay abreast of best practices in sales and promotional trends.

Requirements

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree with coursework in Business and Marketing. The position requires skills and knowledge in marketing, business analytics, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.

40 hours/week.

Salary: $79,643.00 per year
